Here’s the unique 4-step process ONES uses to create non-alc wines that taste more like wine than anything else out there:

Real grapes instead of vinegar
Using grapes that go through fermentation creates real wine. Unlike some non-alc wines that use vinegar as a base, ONES uses grapes only. Fermentation is the only way to unlock many of the classic flavours of wine.
Skip the sugar
Staying 100% sugar-free creates a light, dry non-alcoholic wine that doesn’t taste like juice. By keeping 0.5% of the alcohol, ONES wines don’t have to use any sugar. And because there’s no sugar overpowering the natural wine characteristics, these wines have a much more realistic texture, flavour & mouthfeel.

Keeping trace amounts of alcohol is what gives the wine its pleasant aromas, a noticeable mouth presence and a lingering & balanced finish leading to a dry non-alc wine with textures closer to alcoholic wine.
