Cabernet Franc is a signature grape of the Okanagan, and the backbone of many of the iconic blends from the valley. The bouquet is a medley of variety: violets, black currant, and sweets. The palate is subtle, with medium acid and soft tannins. The texture is reminiscent of black tea. On the finish, the fruit notes carry through, giving brightness to a grape that is typically heavier in profile.
